【ご案内とおことわり】
■集合時間は飛行機出発時間の1時間前になります。6時台になる可能性もございます。
■行程の順序を入れ替えてご案内する場合がございます。
■十和田湖遊覧船は天候により運休となる場合がございます。その場合は代案観光地または乗車代金の返金となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
■2026年の八甲田ロープウェーの運休日が決まりました。（5/7～6/13）5/18発は八甲田ロープウェイが運休となり、ロープウェイ代を返金し代わりに奥入瀬渓流へご案内します。

【プレミアムステージについて】
■当コースはプレミアムステージのツアーとなり、15歳以上の方限定参加のコースとなります。
※ご参加者全員が15歳以上であることが参加条件です。
■本コースではご旅行前に、代表者様へご挨拶を兼ねた確認電話を差し上げますが、弊社の営業時間内（9：15～17：30）につながらない場合やご不在時などはご連絡できかねることがあります。※日本国外にお住いの方には出発前の連絡はございません。

【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【国内線旅客取扱使用料について】
伊丹空港国内線旅客取扱施設利用料が別途必要となります。

【航空機利用コースのご参加に際してのお願い】
ご参加者の登録に関してご参加者いただくお客様のご登録に際しては①参加者氏名、②年齢、③性別の登録が必要となります

【ご参加いただくお客様の変更について】
航空機のチケットはお客様の氏名が記載されたものになるため、取消手数料の発生日以降は取消・コース変更と併せてネームチェンジもできなくなります。取消料発生日以降のネームチェンジは、弊社コールセンターまでお問合せください。

※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設は出発日の5日前を目安にお送りする「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてお知らせ致します。
※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。バス座席のリクライニング使用はご遠慮頂きますようお願いします。
※航空機の座席については、混雑状況や座席配列の構成上また団体手配の都合上、出発・到着時間の指定および窓側・通路側等のご希望は承れません。また、２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣り合わせの席にならない場合がございます。
※本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

【子供・幼児・乳児の受付】
当コースはプレミアムステージのため子供・幼児・乳児のご参加もお断りしています。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
