■黒部トロッコプレミアムツアーについて、降雪や悪天候などにより開催時間や内容の変更または中止となる場合がございます。降雪の状況によっては、前日または当日に実施可否の判断を行う場合がございますのでご了承ください。

■ダブルデッカーエキスプレスは2階席でのご案内となりますが、席数に限りがございますので乗車の途中でほかのお客様と交代でご案内となります。（1階・19席、2階・28席、平屋一般席・22席で人数によって交代となりますので予めご了承ください）

■2名1室利用でお申し込みの場合でも1名1室利用となりお部屋が分かれる場合があります。

■行程順序を入れ替えてご案内する場合があります。予めご了承ください。また。降雪や悪天候等により列車の乗車時間や内容の変更、または中止となる場合がございます。

■列車内には暖房がございません。防寒着をご用意の上ご参加ください。

■積雪している箇所を歩いてご案内するため、滑りにくい靴にてご参加ください。

■積雪・冠雪量は気象状況等によりかわります。

■バス座席は相席もございますので、予めご了承ください。

【バス前席プランについて】
・別料金・お一人様3,000円（2日間）にて、バスの前方より3列目以内のお席を確保いたします。
・1～3列目の中での希望は承れません。座席は弊社にご一任ください。
・ご予約人数分OP登録をお願いします。人数分の登録がされていない場合は無効となる場合がございます。
・本プランはグループ単位となります。
・人数追加やツアー変更・出発日の変更の際は再度ご予約をお願いいたします。また、最大8席のためご予約いただけない場合もございます。
・お申込み締め切り日はツアー出発5営業日以内まで/クレジットカード支払いの場合は3営業日以内までとなっております。代金は事前にご入金をお願いいたします。当日の現金払いは承れません。
・席割の都合上、3列目までのお客様が前方指定席プランへのお申込みの方でない場合がございます。

【利用列車について】
利用列車の発着時間につきましては表記内での弊社の指定する便及び号車となりますので予めご了承願います。
ツアー毎の団体扱い一括手配となる為、お客様の参加人数や列車の座席配列や座席確保状況により、座席が前後等に分かれたり、他のお客様と相席をお願いする場合がございます。予め、ご了承下さい。

【途中乗車のお客様へ】
行程記載の途中停車駅からご乗車希望のお客様は出発7日前までに弊社までご一報ください。
※列車・時間などの詳細は、後日送付いたします「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてご確認ください。
※途中乗車駅までの交通費・運賃および駅ホームへの入場券はお客様負担となります。
※途中乗車によるご返金・割引はございません。予めご了承ください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
