■コースについて

姫沼は【ミニハイキング】です。［歩行時間：約30分・歩行距離：800ｍ]

＜ハイキングレベル(当社基準)＞

ミニハイキング:標高差100ｍ未満。歩行距離約5km。歩行時間2時間以内。舗装されていない山道や林道を歩きます。

＜持ち物服装について＞

・靴：歩き慣れた運動靴をご準備下さい。

・雨具：必ずご持参下さい！上下のカッパがあると大変便利です。雨が降っても基本的には歩きます。傘を差しての散策は安全面からもご遠慮下さい。

・リュックサック：ハイキング中は安全面からも両手を空けていただきたい為、小さな物で良いのでご準備下さい。（ハイキング中、大きなお荷物はバスにてお預かり致します）

・帽子,タオル：日焼け、寒さ対策になります（風が大変強いので、帽子にクリップなどお付け下さい）

・その他：トレッキングポールを持参される際は、ハイキングコース保全の為先端部分にキャップをご使用下さい。
