【ご案内】
■2日目の夕食は早めの16：30頃を予定しております。また、お食事はレストランでのご用意となりますが、お皿はトレイでのご提供となります。予めご了承下さい。
■団体包括手配のため、食事メニューの変更はお受けしておりません。食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。また、お召し上がりにならない場合でも食事代の返金、お食事のお持ち帰りもご対応いたしません。
■年末年始の交通渋滞の為、当初予定しています見学地・見学時間の変更・カットや宿到着時間・帰着時間の遅延が起こる場合がございます。その場合でも、旅行代金のご返金や宿泊・食事・タクシー代などの負担には応じかねますのでご了承下さい。
■第一集合場所以外の集合場所からのご乗車は、渋滞等でバスの到着が出発時間より遅れる場合があります。必ずバスは参りますので、到着までお待ちください。なお、第一集合場所以外には係員はおりません。

■奇数人数で参加の方は、他のグループのお客様と相席になる場合があります。
■交通機関の遅延等による遅れ、不参加も取消料の対象となります。パンフレット記載の出発時間になりましたら、ツアーは出発いたします。
■安心コール（ご出発日の1～2営業日前を目処に行う添乗員から代表者様へのご挨拶の電話）をご希望の方はご出発の５営業日までに弊社へご連絡ください。

【無料幼児について】

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
