【ご案内】
■ツアー出発前(前日)までに花火大会の中止・順延が決定した場合は、ツアーは中止となります。その場合は弊社より代表者様にご連絡いたします。また、現地の中止の判断が当日となり、やむを得ず中止のご連絡が当日の朝となる場合がございます。ツアー出発後の場合は、代替観光地へご案内させていただき、ツアーを運行する場合がございます。
※ツアー開始後、当社の責に帰さない事由により、花火の中断・中止が生じた場合は、観覧席代の返金はできませんので、予めご了承ください。
■当コースは当日の混雑を鑑み、行程に余裕をもたせています。この為、花火大会会場で待ち時間が発生することもございます。
■駐車場から花火大会の観覧席まで、約15～30分程歩いて頂く場合があります。
■お座席は弊社にご一任ください。
■低い位置の花火や仕掛け花火等が一部ご覧いただけない場合がございます。
■花火大会観賞後は周辺道路の混雑が予想されるため、ホテル到着は23：00頃、深夜の宿入りを予定しております。
■ホテル到着時間により、翌日のホテル出発時間が遅くなる場合があります。その場合は、観光地等の時間を短縮させて頂く場合があります。
■観覧席は禁煙、イス・テーブル・三脚の持ち込みは不可です。
■お持ちいただくと便利な物：
帽子・上着・懐中電灯・雨ガッパ（観覧席での傘使用不可）・ウェットティッシュ・ポケットティッシュ（手洗い場がない仮設WCがあるため）があると便利です。
■1日目は昼食をお済ませの上お集まりいただくか、あらかじめご持参ください。
■2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。
■交通機関の遅延等による遅れ、不参加も取消料の対象となります。パンフレット記載の出発時間になりましたら、ツアーは出発いたします。
■2名1室でお申込みでも1名1室2部屋でのご案内となる場合がございます。

●本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
