【ツアーに関して】
・本コースは添乗員は同行しません。ホテルにはお客様各自でお名前をお伝えいただきチェックイン手続きをお済ませください。
・お客様が旅行サービスを受けるために必要な書類「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」を旅行出発5日前までにお送り致します。
緊急時は、「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」に記載の緊急連絡先へご連絡下さい。その他旅行サービスを受ける手続きはお客様ご自身にて行っていただきます。
・自由行動中の交通費、有料施設、食事などの料金は全て自己負担となります。

【航空機利用コースのご参加に際してのお願い】
■ご参加者の登録に関して①参加者氏名、②年齢、③性別の登録が必要となります。
■航空機のチケットはお客様の氏名が記載されたものになるため、取消手数料の発生日以降は取消・コース変更と併せてネームチェンジもできなくなります。取消料発生日以降のネームチェンジは、弊社コールセンターまでお問合せください。
■航空機の座席については、混雑状況や座席配列の構成上また団体手配の都合上、出発・到着時間の指定および窓側・通路側等のご希望は承れません。また、２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣り合わせの席にならない場合がございます。
■悪天候等の事由により、利用航空機が欠航になった場合に生じる延泊代、追加交通費等はお客様のご負担となりますので予めご了承ください。

【お食事内容のリクエストに関して】
重篤な食物アレルギー、医療的判断による食事制限等、宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合はその実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。またメニュー変更について、他のお客様にご説明させていただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

【本ツアー（航空機利用）における子供・幼児の年齢区分について】
■6～11歳のお客様…「子供」にてお申し込みください(大人と同条件)。
■3～5歳のお客様…「幼児」にてお申し込みください。航空機代を含みます。寝具・食事代は含まれません。
■2歳以下は無料幼児となり、一切のサービスはございません。
【乳児・幼児の受付】
■３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はこちらの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込みください。
■３～５歳のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から航空座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。行程中の飛行機や列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございません。ご希望の場合は「子供」でご予約ください。

■催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合のみ、出発１４日前までにご連絡をさせていただきます。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
