●万博ツアーへの参加においては、スマートフォンやタブレット等の電子機器が必要となります。
●大阪・関西万博会場内は、原則キャッシュレス決済となっています。
●現金以外の決済手段を持たない方は事前にプリペイドカードをご購入いただく必要がございます。
●大阪・関西万博会場へは団体での入場となります。

【大阪メトロ乗車料金について】
●新大阪～夢洲間は各自移動・各自払いとなります。
●大阪メトロなどの乗車料金は各自払いとなります。また、混雑により立ち席となる場合がございます。

＜スマホ・タブレット等をお持ちでないお客様へ＞
スマホをお持ちでない等の理由で万博IDを取得できないお客様については、弊社からお送りするチケットQRコードが印刷された書面を当日お持ちいただければ万博会場への入場自体は可能です。ただしパビリオンの事前抽選や万博IDを必要とするその他サービスは受けることができません。

●往復利用交通機関は出発日の5日前を目安にお送りする「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてお知らせいたします。
●旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割りは弊社にご一任ください。
●列車の座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
●ご利用いただく列車に途中停車駅がある場合は乗下車をしていただくことができます。該当駅からの乗車をご希望されるお客様は予約時に予めお申し出いただくか、「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」でご確認の上、出発日の4日前までに弊社コールセンターにお電話にてお知らせください。途中乗車該当駅までの運賃はお客様負担になります。また、ご乗車の際は入場券をお買い求めの上（お客様負担）ホームへお越しください。途中乗下車に伴う返金はございませんのでご了承ください。号車・席番号に関しましては出発前日までにツアーディレクター（添乗員）よりご案内致します。
●最少催行人員に満たず、やむを得ずご旅行中止となった場合、書面等でその旨をお知らせいたします。お手紙やメールをもって通知を完了いたします。

【子供・幼児料金について】
●４歳以上のお子様の旅行代金は大人料金の4,800円引きとなります。
●３歳のお子様の旅行代金は幼児料金の1,500円引きとなります。
●座席をご利用にならない３歳未満のお子様をお連れの場合は、大人・子ども・有料幼児のご予約完了後、お電話もしくは下記フォームよりご連絡ください。
【無料幼児について】

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
