【お申し込み後の流れ】
ご出発の５日前迄に２次書面（旅のしおり）をご代表者様宅に送付いたします。なお、入金確認が取れていない際は、出発前日に書類が到着する場合があります。特に間際でのお申し込みのお客様には、振込用紙到着後に速やかにお振込みいただくか、インターネットマイページからのクレジットカードでのご入金をおすすめ致します。

ご旅行の安全管理などの観点から、本ツアーにご参加の際しましては、緊急連絡先をご旅行出発前に弊社へお知らせください。

【添乗員からのご旅行前安心コールについて】
本ツアーではご旅行前に代表者様へ添乗員よりご挨拶を兼ねた確認電話を差しあげておりますが、弊社の営業時間内(9:15～17:30)に繋がらない場合やご不在時などはご連絡がつかない場合もあります。また、日本国外にお住まいの方には対応しておりませんので予めご了承ください。

【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【紅葉について】
ツアーは例年の紅葉状況をもとに出発日を設定しておりますが、天候等の事由により見頃時期が前後する場合がございます。また紅葉の状況にかかわらずツアーが出発決定している場合は、催行させていただきます。当日の紅葉状況に合わせ、時間調整をさせていただく場合がございます。

【本ツアーについて】
■ロープウェイやゴンドラは天候や点検等により運休となる場合があります。その場合は、帰着後団体料金相当額を返金させていただきます。

【ご予約についてのご案内】
■内容は、毎日更新(日・祝・年末年始除く)をしておりますが、リアルタイムではありませんのでご了承下さい。また、残席が１席でも【受付中】と表示されます。
■催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合のみ、出発１４日前までにご連絡をさせていただきます。
■ご利用便・集合時間は必ず「最終のご案内」(ご出発の５日前までにお届け予定)でご確認下さい。
■子供・幼児以下の参加はご遠慮いただいております。
■本ツアーは１組２名様以上での受付となり、１名様でのご参加を承ることはできません。１名様への人数変更のお申し出があった場合には、全員分の取消として全員分の取消料がかかります。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
