■富士山は天候によりご覧いただけない場合があります。
■スイーツビュッフェの内容は日によって変わる場合があります。
■鳴沢氷穴は混雑時、入場に待ち時間が発生する場合があります。また、階段が多く湿っており滑りやすいため、歩きやすく滑りにくい靴でご参加ください。また7～8月の平均気温は3℃となります。上着等の羽織ものをご持参ください。
■富士スバルライン五合目は、標高2300ｍの高地です。気温が首都圏より10～15℃程下がります。天候の急変や気温の低下に備え、暖かく雨風を通し難い上着および、カッパをご持参ください。
■荒天等により富士スバルラインが通行止めとなった場合は、富士山五合目の散策は割愛となり、代案観光地へご案内いたします。
■団体包括手配のため、アレルギーや医療的判断による食事制限等、身体の安全を脅かす可能性がある場合を除き、お食事内容変更のご要望はお受けいたしません。お客様ご自身でご用意お願いします。また食事代の返金、お食事のお持ち帰りもご対応いたしません。
■交通機関の遅延等による遅れ、不参加も取消料の対象となります。パンフレット記載の出発時間になりましたら、ツアーは出発いたします。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
