【ご案内とおことわり】
■ご利用列車が決まるのは出発前になります。ご出発の5～7日前をめどに、集合案内などを記載した「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」をお送りします。ご集合の場所や時間は「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」でご確認ください。
■各大社にて多くの段数の階段がございます。歩く箇所が大変多くございますので歩きやすい服装・靴でお越しください。
■行程の順番を入れ替えてご案内する場合があります。
■団体包括手配の為、アレルギーや医療的判断による食事制限等、身体の安全を脅かす可能性がある場合を除き、お食事内容変更のご要望はお受けいたしません。お客様ご自身でご用意お願いします。また食事代の返金、お食事のお持ち帰りもご対応いたしません。

【利用列車について】
利用列車の発着時間は表記内での弊社の指定する便及び号車となりますので予めご了承願います。
ツアー毎の団体扱い一括手配となる為、お客様の参加人数や列車の座席配列や座席確保状況により、座席が前後等に分かれたり、他のお客様と相席をお願いする場合がございます。ご了承下さい。

【途中乗車希望のお客様へご案内とおことわり】
新大阪以外の駅から乗車希望の場合、途中乗車駅までの交通費（在来線及び新幹線含む全ての鉄道）・入場券代は各自ご負担となります。途中乗車駅には係員はおりませんので各自指定列車にお乗り下さい。
復路にて途中降車される場合も途中降車駅より先の交通費は各自負担です。

【幼児料金について】
3歳～6歳の未就学幼児のお子様は、バス座席代としておひとり様5,000円が必要となります。(昼食弁当は含まれません)
JRの座席などが必要な場合は子供料金（大人と同額）となります。

【キャンセル待ち予約について】
キャンセル待ちのお客様には、出発15日より前にお席のご用意ができた場合は、契約書面の送付またはマイページへの送信をもって正式予約に移行手続きを行います。
書類到着後1週間以内にご旅行代金の入金手続きをお願いいたします。入金確認ができない場合、ご予約を取り消しさせていただきますので、予めご了承ください。
また、お席が空いたタイミングによっては、契約書面の発送前にお電話またはメールにて連絡させていただく場合がございます。

【出発日1週間前を切ってお申込のお客様へ】
■郵便事情により、ご出発までに「ご旅行案内・お振込用紙」等が届かない場合やご旅行終了後に届く場合がございます。ご集合時間・集合場所につきましてはお客様ご自身でホームページよりご確認お願い致します。
■ご入金はクレジットカードでの決済をおすすめいたします。クレジットカードをお持ちでないお客様は振込みにてご入金ください。 振込みでご入金いただいた場合は受領証を当日お持ち下さい。 振込みが間に合わない場合は入金方法を弊社までお電話にてご連絡ください。
■ご旅行お取消・ご変更の場合は弊社予約センターまで必ずご連絡下さい。 取消・変更をされた日付により所定の手数料がかかる場合があります。

【予約についての注意】
■出発間近の日付につきましては、インターネットでは予約頂けませんので、お問い合わせ下さい。
■最少催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合のみ弊社よりご連絡をさせていただきます。
■内容は、毎日更新(日・祝・年末年始除く)をしておりますが、多少のタイムラグがあり、実際の状況と異なる場合がありますのでご了承下さい。尚、残席が1席でも受付中となります。また、予約時の状況やご人数によって満席となる場合もあります。
■盲導犬等補助犬を同行されるお客様のご参加が想定されます。「動物アレルギー」をお持ちの方は、必ずお申込み時にご連絡ください。
■本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございます。予めご了承ください。

【バス座席・リクライニングシートの利用について】
■バスのお座席のご希望はうけたまわれません。弊社に一任いただくようになりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。また当コースでのリクライニングシートの利用はご遠慮ください。
■別料金にて前席プラン（おひとり様1500円増し）がございます。1～3列目および左右・通路側など指定の受付はいたしません。※前席プランのお申し込みはグループ単位での受付となります。グループの中の一部でのお申し込みは承れません。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
