【星空観賞について】
■基本は阿智村「ヘブンスそのはら」で観賞となります。
■5月～7月11日出発及び9月1日～19日出発までは阿智村「浪合パーク」で星空観賞となります
■気象状況により星空はご覧いただけない場合があります。
■イスのご用意がないため、敷き物をお持ちいただくことをおすすめいたします。
■星空観賞は、標高が高く夜は大変冷え込みますので、重ね着や上着の用意など万全の防寒対策をおすすめいたします。

【千畳敷カールについて】
■千畳敷カールまでは路線バスとロープウェイを乗り継いでご案内となります。路線バスは、一般のお客様と混乗となり、混雑時などは補助席利用となる場合もございます。（移動時間各約30～40分）
■ロープウェイは天候により運休となる場合があります。その場合は団体運賃を返金または代案にてご案内致します。
■千畳敷カールは、ミニハイキングです。標高の高い高地であり、首都圏より気温が10℃程下がります。また、山岳地帯のため、天候の変化もあります。歩きやすい服装・靴でのご参加、カッパやレインウェアタイプの雨具をお持ちください。
■千畳敷は10月下旬以降で降雪が始まり、積雪状態によっては遊歩道の一部が通行できない場合があります

【ミニハイキングについて】
当コースは当社基準「ミニハイキング」のコースになります。標高差100m未満、歩行時間2時間以内、歩行距離5ｋｍ以内の舗装されていない道歩きとなります。【おすすめポイント】を参考に適切な服装や靴でご参加ください。

【お部屋について】
・２名様１室でお申し込みでも、１名様１室の２部屋になる場合があります。
・禁煙ルームまたは喫煙ルームのお部屋となり、お部屋のご指定はいただけません。

【途中乗下車について】
本コースは、立川駅・八王子駅にて途中乗車が可能です。
※途中乗車でご参加のお客様は、乗車駅で入場券のご購入の上、出発ホームへ直接お越しください。
※途中乗車駅までの運賃および途中乗下車によるご返金・割引はございません。

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。ただし、行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございません。ご希望の場合は「子供」でご予約ください。

【乳児の受付】
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はこちらの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込みください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited).
