【航空機利用コースのご参加に際してのお願い】

【ご参加いただくお客様の変更について】
航空機のチケットはお客様の氏名が記載されたものになるため、取消手数料の発生日以降は取消・コース変更と併せてネームチェンジもできなくなります。取消料発生日以降のネームチェンジは、弊社コールセンターまでお問合せください。

【ツアーについて】
■天候により、軍艦島上陸ではなく「軍艦島周遊クルーズ」に変更となる場合がございます。また、悪天候により欠航となった場合は、当該運賃を返金させていただきます。
■九十九島パールシーリゾートの遊覧船、雲仙ロープウェイは天候により運休となる場合がございます。その場合は代案観光地または乗車代金の返金となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
■本コースではご旅行前に、代表者様へご挨拶を兼ねた確認電話を差し上げますが、弊社の営業時間内（9：15～17：30）につながらない場合やご不在時などはご連絡できかねることがあります。※日本国外にお住いの方には出発前の連絡はございません

【お食事内容のリクエストに関して】
団体包括手配のため、アレルギーや医療的判断による食事制限等、身体の安全を脅かす可能性がある場合を除き、お食事内容のご変更に関するご要望はお受けいたしかねます。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
