■リクエスト受付について
列車の手配の都合上、予約希望の受付のみとなり、旅行契約の締結は当社の手配完了後（出発の２ヶ月前）となります。お席のご用意ができた場合のみ書類をお送りします。２か月前に書類(1信TIOS・振込用紙等)の手紙が届かない場合はお席がご用意できておらず、キャンセル待ちでの受付となります。ご了承下さい。

■当コースは申込時の契約書面・ご旅行パンフレットにて集合時間・場所をお伝えします。確定書面（旅のしおり）の送付はありません。

■青の交響曲について
・往路または復路の片道のみの乗車となります。
・座席配置が3列シート（1列に１席+2席の配置）で4名のボックス席もあるため、同じグループ様でも座席が離れる場合や他のお客様と相席となる場合があります。
・進行方向とは逆向きのお席となる場合があります。

■往路の南海なんば駅～橋本駅間は南海急行列車(自由席)のご利用となります(乗車時間約50分)。混雑時は着席できない場合がありますのでご了承ください。

■本ツアーでは、ご出発前のご挨拶の電話は差し上げておりません。ご不明な点等ございましたら、随時お問い合わせ下さい。

■アレルギーや医療的判断による食事制限等、身体の安全を脅かす可能性がある場合を除き、お食事内容のご変更に関するご要望はお受けいたしかねますので、恐れ入りますが、お客様ご自身でご用意ください。宗教上の理由や、アレルギーや医療的判断による食事制限等がある方は、出発の２週間前までにご相談ください。また、お食事をお召し上がりにならない場合も、食事代は返金いたしかねますのでご了承ください。

■本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございます。

【利用列車について】
利用列車の発着時間につきましては表記内での弊社の指定する便及び号車となりますので予めご了承願います。
ツアー毎の団体扱い一括手配となる為、お客様の参加人数や列車の座席配列や座席確保状況により、座席が前後等に分かれたりする場合がございます。予めご了承下さい。

【ご入金について】
ご入金はクレジットカードでの決済をおすすめいたします。クレジットカードをお持ちでないお客様は「ご旅行案内」と一緒に郵送されますお振込用紙にてお近くの金融機関よりお振込下さい。なお、出発間際でのお振込みは確認がとれるまで時間を要する場合がありますので、ご旅行当日受領書をご持参下さい。また、お振込みがいただけない場合は弊社にご連絡いただきますようお願い致します。

【予約についての注意】
■出発間近の日付(2日前)につきましては、インターネットでは予約頂けませんので、お問い合わせ下さい。
■催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合のみ弊社よりご連絡をさせていただきます。
【取消・変更について】
申し込みをされた旅行の取消・変更の場合は弊社まで必ずご連絡下さい。取消・変更をされた日付により所定の手数料が発生いたします。

【幼児料金について】
3歳以上の未就学児の旅行代金については幼児料金についてをクリックして下さい。尚、料金については予約の際に表示されます。不明な点は電話にてお問合せ願います。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
