■アルペンルートについて
・気象・混雑状況により、開始・終了時間の変更、及びコースを短縮する場合があります
・天候等により、滞在時間を短縮してご案内する場合があります
・アルペンルート内の全ての乗り物は一般のお客様と混乗となります（E～SORA立山パノラマバスを除く）
・残雪状況により、安全上の観点から室堂平(みくりが池方面)での自由散策をお断りしております（ガイド同行散策の場合のみご案内となります）
・黒部ダムの観光放水（６月２５日～１０月１５日予定）は天候により中止となる場合があります

◆１１月４日～１１月３０日までの期間中、立山ケーブルカー（立山駅～美女平間）が駆動系機器の一部更新工事の実施に伴い運休となり、代替バスでの運行となります。

■宿泊施設について
・３～４名様１室利用の場合はエキストラベッドまたはソファベッド利用となる場合があります
・客室によりバスなしとなります。その場合は大浴場をご利用ください
・レストラン（夕朝食会場）のみ、浴衣のご利用ができません（大浴場利用は浴衣移動可）
・お部屋からの景観はご指定いただけません

■１日目美女平～室堂間乗車「E～SORA立山パノラマバス」について（※１）
・１１月出発以降は運休となり、立山高原バス(一般混乗)への乗車となります
・乗車当日、急遽車両故障等が発生した場合は、立山高原バス(一般混乗)への乗車となります

■四代目佐伯知彦さんについて（※２）
都合によりガイドが変更となる場合でも室堂散策は実施され、最少催行人員に達した場合はツアーは催行します。（同行区間は室堂のみ）ガイドが変更となる場合でもガイドエリア・内容に変更はございません

■２日目の荷物配送について（※３）
おひとり様お一つまでとなり、配送料以外はお客様各自負担となります

■お荷物について
全てのお荷物をお持ちいただき移動する箇所（乗り物の乗り換え含む）があります。手荷物は出来るだけ小さくまとめてお持ちください。キャリーバックはできるだけお避けください

■バスの座席について
奇数人数でのご参加の際、相席となる場合があります

■往復新幹線について
・往路新幹線はかがやき号となる場合があります（上野・高崎は停車しない便となる可能性があります）
・復路新幹線ははくたか号となる場合があります

■新幹線の座席については、混雑状況や座席配列の構成上また団体乗車券を使用している都合上、列車の出発・到着時間の指定および窓側・通路側等のご希望は承れません。また、２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣り合わせの席にならない場合がございます

Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board.
