■＜リクエスト受付について＞
列車の手配の都合上、予約希望の受付のみとなり、旅行契約の締結は当社の手配完了後（出発の２ヶ月前）となります。
お席のご用意の可否は書類発送をもってご案内致します。
２か月前に１回目のご案内(旅のしおり・緑色パンフレット)の手紙が届かない場合はお席がご用意できておらず、キャンセル待ちでの受付となります。ご了承下さい。

【お食事内容のリクエストに関して】
団体包括手配のため、アレルギーや医療的判断による食事制限等、身体の安全を脅かす可能性がある場合を除き、お食事内容のご変更に関するご要望はお受けいたしかねます。

【バス座席前席オプション】
別料金・お一人様1日あたり1,500円にて、バスの前方より３列目以内のお席を確保いたします。
１～３列目の中での希望は承れません。座席は弊社にご一任ください。
2名以上で参加の場合は、縦並びになる可能性もございます。本プランはグループ単位となります。
人数追加やツアー変更・出発日の変更の際は再度ご予約をお願いいたします。また、最大3～5席までとなりますので、ご予約頂けない場合もございます。
お申込み締め切りはツアー出発5営業日前まで／クレジットカード支払いの場合は3営業日前までとなっております。代金は事前にご入金をお願いいたします。当日の現金払いは承れません。
席割の都合上、 3列目までのお客様が前方席指定プランへのお申込みの方でない場合がございます。
当サービスは行程2日目の貸切バス利用区間のみの適用となり、行程1日目はホテル無料送迎バス利用のため当サービスの対象とはなりません。

【途中乗車のお客様へ】
行程上の発駅以外の駅から乗車希望の場合、途中乗車駅までの交通費（在来線及び新幹線含む全ての鉄道）は各自ご負担となります。
途中乗車につきましては、途中乗車駅からの最低区間運賃の切符を各自ご購入の上、指定の列車にご乗車ください。
なお、ご出発当日は弊社より送付させて頂きます便名や宿泊先などを明記した最終案内書(出発日の５日前を目途に送付)に記載のある列車に直接ご乗車下さい。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
