This tour is for single participants only.
We do not allow acquaintances or family members to attend, even if you make individual reservations. If we find out that you have applied as a group of acquaintances or family members, we may refuse you participation in the tour even if it is shortly before the tour departs, and we may also refuse you participation in all future Solo Travel tours by our company.
Furthermore, if this becomes apparent during your trip, we may cancel your travel contract at that point.

■For Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, any changes to meal content due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and if there is a difference in price, we will charge you the actual cost. ●Photography is prohibited indoors at Iwakura Jisso-in Temple (including the Toko Momiji leaves).
In order to protect the cultural heritage, we ask that you wear socks (stockings are not permitted) when visiting the Former Residence Omuro. Please bring your own socks with you.
●The itinerary may be changed depending on the circumstances of the temple or shrine.
●The best time to see the autumn leaves may vary depending on weather conditions. The departure date is set based on the usual time of year, but please note that the best viewing time may not be on the day of departure.

[About choosing a meeting place]
*This tour allows you midway ride the tour. Please be sure to confirm and select the meeting point.
If midway ride, please purchase a ticket at the boarding station and then proceed to the departure platform (ticket fees are at your own expense).
*The tour conductor will contact you by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board the bus.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off the bus along the way.

Our solo trips are "Solo-Only Travel" that aim to allow people to travel alone without hesitation, in a relaxed and casual manner. For this reason, we only accept applications from single people.

[About greeting calls from tour conductors]
For this course, we will make a confirmation call to the representative before the trip to greet them. However, please note that we may not be able to contact you if you are not at home during the day.
*Those who reside outside of Japan will not be contacted prior to departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
