[About changing customers (name changes) after application]
We cannot accept name changes from the My Reservations list on your My Page. If you would like to change the name of the person making the reservation, please contact us by email or the phone number below. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you if Full is fully booked, and even if we can, there will be a fee required for the change.

[About the tour]
*Due to the impact of Typhoon No. 6, which occurred in Aug. 2023, the tourist spot Day 2 "Seibu Forest Road," is closed, so the tour will turn back halfway instead of going around the island. Since this is a construction project, there is no prospect of it being restored. Thank you for your understanding.
*You may not be able to see wild animals.
*The order of the itinerary may be changed.
*Due to airline schedule changes, the time slots for flights departing and arriving at Haneda have changed. Please refer to the Itinerary section for details.
*For "Solo Travel," the basic rule is that each person must share two bus seats, but this course does not apply.

*Yakusugi Land on this course is considered Mini Hiking.
*Our standard is "Mini Hike"

You will walk along unpaved mountain and forest paths.
*Some tourist spots may have poor footing.
Please wear comfortable walking clothes and non-slip shoes that you are comfortable wearing.
*Umbrellas are not permitted, so please bring rain gear such as raincoats or ponchos and gloves.

[About accruing miles with each airline]
The airfare for travel using aircraft is "Inclusive Travel Discount Fares", "Individual Inclusive Travel Discount Fares" or "Individual Inclusive Travel Fares". Please note that the above fares are not eligible for mileage accrual offered by each airline.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
