This tour is for single participants only.
We do not allow acquaintances or family members to attend, even if you make individual reservations. If we find out that you have applied as a group of acquaintances or family members, we may refuse you participation in the tour even if it is shortly before the tour departs, and we may also refuse you participation in all future Solo Travel tours by our company.
Furthermore, if this becomes apparent during your trip, we may cancel your travel contract at that point.

<Conditions for participating in the Kurushima Kaikyo Bridge Tower Top Experience>
*When participating in the tower top experience, please wear comfortable clothing. (For safety reasons, skirts, sandals, and high heels are not allowed.)
*We have established rules to prevent items from falling and to ensure the safety of participants. Please make sure you fully understand the following before applying.

・Able to walk 2km or more and climb stairs without assistance
・Those who are not afraid of heights or claustrophobia
・Those who are unwell, have heart disease or other illnesses, have consumed alcohol, or are pregnant cannot participate.
・Those who do not wear all safety equipment such as helmets provided by our company, or who cannot follow the safety precautions and rules, will not be able to participate.
・The basic rule is to follow the instructions and guidance of the guidance staff. If it becomes apparent during the event that the rules listed above are not being followed, the event will be cancelled at the discretion of the organizers.
・If your clothing pockets do not have buttons or zippers, you will need to remove all of your clothing to prevent items from falling out. This also applies to pockets of backpacks and bags that are deemed to be allowed to be brought in. Please cooperate with the reception staff and the Tower Building Guide in checking your belongings.

About the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force's 1st Technical School
Please refrain from wearing tank tops, shorts, sandals, etc.
Please note that tours may be canceled at short notice due to circumstances related to the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force.
For facilities that can be viewed inside, there may be cases where only the exterior may be shown due to events, etc.
The campus tour will take approximately 90 minutes and is a walking tour (approximately 1-2 km). As a general rule, students will not be able to leave during the tour, except in cases of illness.

<About Yamato Museum>
Although the 4/1 issue of Domestic Solo Travel states that you will be guided to the Yamato Museum, you will be guided to the Yamato Museum Satellite, which is currently undergoing renovations. For more information, please refer to the Itinerary section.

If you are midway ride, please purchase a ticket at the boarding station and then proceed to the departure platform (ticket fees are at your own expense).
*The tour conductor will contact you by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board the bus.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off the bus along the way.

[Please understand the purpose of this solo trip]
Our solo trips are "Solo-Only Travel" that aim to allow people to travel alone without hesitation, in a relaxed and casual manner. For this reason, we only accept applications from single travelers.

[About greeting calls from tour conductors]
For this course, except in emergency cases, we do not make a confirmation call to the representative before the trip to greet them. If you need a confirmation call, please call us at least three days before departure. However, please note that we may not be able to contact you if you are not around during the day.
*Those who reside outside of Japan will not be contacted prior to departure.

*If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but a guide-interpreter will not accompany the tour.

[Meals requests]
As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations. We also cannot provide refunds for meal fees.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
