This tour is for single participants only.
We do not allow acquaintances or family members to attend, even if you make individual reservations. If we find out that you have applied as a group of acquaintances or family members, we may refuse you participation in the tour even if it is shortly before the tour departs, and we may also refuse you participation in all future Solo Travel tours by our company.
Furthermore, if this becomes apparent during your trip, we may cancel your travel contract at that point.

■For Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, any changes to meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and if there is a difference in price, we will charge the actual cost. In principle, please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date. For changes after that, please contact us.

[Notes about this course]
■The "Fire-extinguishing Festival" is based on information current as of Jun. 2025. The tour may be canceled or rescheduled due to bad weather. If the conditions for operation are met, the tour will depart regardless of whether the ritual takes place or not. There will be no alternative sightseeing tours and no refunds. It will be cold at night, so please take measures to protect yourself from the cold.

■Construction work is currently underway at Itsukushima Shrine to protect and maintain its cultural assets. Cloth has been stretched over the shrine and scaffolding has been set up, obscuring some of the scenery. The actual shrine may differ from the photograph.

■For dinner on the first day, you will receive a 1,000 yen ticket that can be used at Hiroshima Okonomi Monogatari Station Square. Please note that if the meal cost exceeds 1,000 yen, the difference will be borne by the customer.
■ Please leave the Accommodation allocation to us. One person will be assigned to one room.
■Please refrain from using the reclining function on bus seats.

[About choosing a meeting place]
*You can midway ride the way. Please be sure to confirm and select the meeting point.
If midway ride, please purchase a ticket at the boarding station and then proceed to the departure platform (ticket fees are at your own expense).
*The tour conductor will contact you by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board the bus.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off the bus along the way.

[Please understand the purpose of this solo trip]
Our solo trips are "Solo-Only Travel" that aim to allow people to travel alone without hesitation, in a relaxed and casual manner. For this reason, we only accept applications from single people.

[About greeting calls from tour conductors]
For this course, except in emergency cases, we do not make a confirmation call to the representative before the trip to greet them. If you need a confirmation call, please call us at least three days before departure. However, please note that we may not be able to contact you if you are not there during the day.
*Those who reside outside of Japan will not be contacted prior to departure.

*If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but a guide-interpreter will not accompany the tour.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
