For Light meal, we will provide a standardized Japanese menu.
*This course is a joint project with JR East, so it will only feature Japanese food. Western food (sandwiches) cannot be selected.

[Getting on and off along the way]
For this course, you can get on and off at Omiya Station on both the outbound and return trips. Please select your preferred departure point.
midway ride, please purchase a ticket at the boarding station and proceed to the departure platform (ticket fees are at your own expense).
*The tour conductor will contact you by phone the day before departure with information about boarding procedures, seat numbers, etc.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off the bus along the way.
*Regarding requests midway ride from Ueno, whether the Hokkaido Shinkansen stops at Ueno or not depends on the flight. As the flight to be used has not yet been decided, boarding midway ride Ueno is not possible. The flight to be used will be announced in the "Final Information".

[About changing customers (name changes) after application]
We cannot accept name changes from the My Reservations list on your My Page. If you would like to change the name of the person making the reservation, please contact us by email or the phone number below. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you if the reservation is fully Full, and even if we can, there will be a fee required for the change.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
