[Getting on and off along the way]
This course can be boarded and disembarked at Omiya Station for both round-trips. Please select your preferred departure location.

* Information on how to board, seat number, etc. will be provided by phone by the tour conductor by the day before departure.
* There are no refunds or discounts for getting on and off the bus on the way. Thank you for your understanding.
* Regarding midway ride requests from Ueno, the Hokkaido Shinkansen may or may not stop at Ueno depending on the flight. At this time, the flight has not been decided, so we cannot accept Ueno midway ride. The flight will be announced in the "Final Information".

[About greeting phone calls from tour conductors]

In this course, we will send you a confirmation phone call to greet the representative before traveling. However, please note that we may not be able to contact you if you are absent during the day.
* If you live outside of Japan, you will not be contacted before departure.

* If you are riding with a foreign customer, we may provide guidance in some foreign languages, but we will not accompany you with a guide interpreter.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
