●This course is "limited to single female participation". We do not accept male participation.
● Accommodation ・We may guide you on a course that reverses the order of the tourist spots or a course around the opposite direction. *There is no omission or shortening of tourist spots.
● Hakodate The night view of the mountains may not be visible depending on the weather.
● Goryokaku Starry sky lanterns are subject to cancellation due to weather conditions. In that case, no refunds will be given.
●The contents of the meal may be changed depending on the non-fishing or purchasing status.
●You need full-fledged cold weather gear. Please prepare thick coats, setters, gloves, etc. In addition, please wear non-slip cold weather shoes, boots, and familiar shoes to prevent falls when walking on snowy or icy roads.

[Meals requests]
・Changes to the meal contents due to severe food allergies, dietary restrictions based on medical judgement, religious reasons, etc. will be charged at 1,500 yen per meal, plus the actual cost if there is a difference in price.
・Please make sure to submit this form each time you apply for a trip. Even if your condition is the same as the previous time, please submit this form again for confirmation.
・As a general rule, please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date. For any requests after that, please contact us. Please note that we may need to explain the menu changes to other customers.
If Meals is a bento box, no changes can be made.
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of meals even if you do not consume Meals.
・As a general rule, we ask that you refrain from taking home any unused Meals.

[About accruing miles with each airline]
Airfares for travel by air are based on "inclusive travel discount fares" or "individual inclusive travel discount fares," and are therefore not eligible for the mileage accrual offered by each airline.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
