[ About Jozankei Gorge Canoe ]
■ A nature guide will accompany you on a canoe, so even beginners can participate with confidence.
■ It may be canceled due to weather, etc.
■ Wear a life jacket [loan]. In addition, sandals can be rented when boarding, but they may get wet, so please prepare towels in advance. As a precaution, please wear clothes and shoes that can get wet and do not worry about getting dirty.

[About the helicopter experience sightseeing flight]
■ Helicopter experience sightseeing flights may be canceled due to bad weather or unforeseen reasons.
■ The helicopter will take about 6 minutes and carry 3 people. We will guide you at the shared seat, and please leave the boarding order to our company.
■ Pregnant women and those with heart pacemakers are not allowed to board. On the day of the flight, after informing you of the precautions, you will be asked to sign your consent before boarding. Thank you for your understanding.

【Accommodation About the facility】
■ Please leave the Accommodation allocation to us. One person will be assigned to one room.
■ If you use a Japanese-style room or a Japanese-Western room, you may be asked to lay the futon by yourself

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
