This tour is for single participants only.
We do not allow acquaintances or family members to attend, even if you make individual reservations. If we find out that you have applied as a group of acquaintances or family members, we may refuse you participation in the tour even if it is shortly before the tour departs, and we may also refuse you participation in all future Solo Travel tours by our company.
Furthermore, if this becomes apparent during your trip, we may cancel your travel contract at that point.

[Please understand the purpose of this solo trip]
Our solo trips are "Solo-Only Travel" that aim to allow people to travel alone without hesitation, in a relaxed and casual manner. For this reason, we only accept applications from single people.

[Meals requests]
As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations. We also cannot provide refunds for meal fees.

[About Accommodation]
If you are staying in a Japanese-style room, you may need to lay out your own futon.
Please be aware of this.
■Please leave the Accommodation allocation to us. One person will be assigned to one room.

[About choosing a meeting place]
Please be sure to confirm and select the meeting place when you check in.
*For this tour, you can choose to board at Tokyo Station, Ueno Station (midway ride), or Omiya Station (midway ride).
If midway ride, please purchase a ticket at the boarding station and then proceed to the departure platform (ticket fees are at your own expense).
*The tour conductor will contact you by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board the bus.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off the bus along the way.

*Due to changes in airline schedules, the departure time slot for the outbound flight and the arrival time slot for the return flight may be subject to change.

[About accruing miles with each airline]
The airfare for travel by air is determined as "inclusive travel discount fare", "individual inclusive travel discount fare" or "individual inclusive travel fare", and is therefore not eligible for the mileage accrual offered by each airline.

[About changing customers (name changes) after application]
Changes to the reservation name cannot be made from the My Reservations list on My Page.
If you made a mistake when entering information when booking and would like to make a change or correction, please contact us immediately by email or phone.
Please note that as you will need to rebook your round-trip air ticket, it may not be possible to arrange this if Full, and even if it is possible to arrange it, there will be a replacement fee.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
