We do not allow acquaintances or family members to attend, even if you make individual reservations.
If we find out that you have applied together as a family or acquaintance, we will refuse your participation in the tour even if it is just before the tour departure.

[About choosing a meeting place]
Please be sure to confirm and select the meeting place when you check in.
*You can choose your midway ride on this tour.
If midway ride, please purchase a ticket at the boarding station and then proceed to the departure platform (ticket fees are at your own expense).
*The tour conductor will contact you by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board the bus.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off the bus along the way.

●Depending on the departure date, we may change the order of sightseeing or take a reverse route. *Sightseeing spots will not be omitted or shortened.
●The meal contents may be changed depending on poor catches, supply conditions, etc.
● Mogami River boat ride will be suspended in the event of bad weather.
*Please note that the snow scenery may not be viewable depending on the weather.
●Temples and shrines may be suddenly canceled due to memorial services, events, etc. In that case, we will contact you as soon as it is decided.

[About Accommodation]

*The guest room type is Itinerary to be a courtyard-side room. Please note that the rural scenery cannot be seen from the guest rooms.

As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations. We also cannot provide refunds for meal fees.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
