We do not allow acquaintances or family members to attend, even if you make individual reservations.

[About choosing a meeting place]
Please be sure to confirm and select the meeting place when you check in.
*You can choose midway ride on this tour.
If midway ride, please purchase a ticket at the boarding station and then proceed to the departure platform (ticket fees are at your own expense).
*The tour conductor will contact you by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board the bus.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off the bus along the way.

■ Please leave the Accommodation allocation to us. One person will be assigned to one room.
・Hotel rooms have toilets but no baths. Please use the large communal bath.

*The open-air beach bath at Furofushi Onsen may not be available depending on the weather.
●The meal contents may be changed due to unavoidable reasons such as supply conditions.
● Lunch on Day 2 is Itinerary to be at a restaurant within the Sannai-Maruyama ruins, but due to unavoidable circumstances, the lunch venue may be changed to another location in Aomori City.

[Please understand the purpose of this solo trip]
Our solo trips are "Solo-Only Travel" that aim to allow people to travel alone without hesitation, in a relaxed and casual manner. For this reason, we only accept applications from single people.

■Our "Solo-Only Travel" are attended by people of a wide range of ages, from those in their 20s to those in their 80s and above.
Approximately 30% of our customers are men and 70% are women, with most in their 50s and 70s. (Recently, we have seen an increase in participants in their 20s and 40s, especially on weekends, consecutive Tour Period, and short tours.)
This is a trip that everyone can enjoy without hesitation, regardless of gender or age. Please feel free to join us.

[Meals requests]
As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations. We also cannot provide refunds for meal fees.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
