[Notes for Self-Guided Tour Course]
This is Self-Guided Tour, so there will be no tour conductor. Please check the following three points.
① Please register your mobile phone number as an emergency contact on the day. You do not have to be the representative. If you do not have one, you do not need to enter it.
②The transfer slip and contract documents can be sent separately, but the "train ticket" and "final information" will be sent to the representative together. The "train ticket" and "final information" will be delivered approximately 5 days before departure.
③If the travel fee is not paid, tickets cannot be issued and there is a possibility that seats will be taken away. Please make payment as soon as possible after applying.

※We accept reservations made just before departure (3 days before) by phone. Even if Full is fully booked, you may be able to reserve a seat if there is a last-minute cancellation. We also accept Waitlist by phone.

*Inquiries made on weekends and holidays will be answered on the next business day.
*Inquiries made on Fridays or the day before a public holiday may not be answered until the business day after the next day (Friday -> response at the start of the following week, day before a public holiday -> the next business day).

<Child rates>
■Child rates apply to elementary school children.
■If a preschool child uses a JR seat, they may do so using the child fare.

<About canceling a tour after receiving your JR ticket>
If you need to cancel your tour for any reason after you have received your final information and JR train tickets, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please follow the procedure below.
①Please bring your JR ticket and obtain a "Non-boarding Certificate" at the "Midori no Madoguchi" (Green Window) at the nearest station (during business hours).
*Please be sure to complete the procedure at least 2 hours before your departure time. Please note that if you cancel within 2 hours of your departure time, your JR ticket will become invalid and you will be responsible for the full cost of the JR ticket.
② Please return the JR ticket with the non-ride certificate to us.
③We will process the refund as soon as we confirm that the JR ticket has arrived.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
