【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【国内線旅客取扱使用料について】
伊丹空港国内線旅客取扱施設利用料が別途必要となります。

【航空機利用コースのご参加に際してのお願い】
ご参加者の登録に関してご参加者いただくお客様のご登録に際しては①参加者氏名、②年齢、③性別の登録が必要となります

【ご参加いただくお客様の変更について】
航空機のチケットはお客様の氏名が記載されたものになるため、取消手数料の発生日以降は取消・コース変更と併せてネームチェンジもできなくなります。取消料発生日以降のネームチェンジは、弊社コールセンターまでお問合せください。

【当ツアーについて】
・ツアーは例年の状況をもとに出発日を設けておりますが、天候不順等の事由により見頃時期が前後する場合がございます。また当日の紅葉の状況に合わせ、時間調整をさせていただく場合がございます。
・行程の入れ替えまたは割愛をさせていただく場合もございます。
・紅葉の状況にかかわらずツアーが出発決定している場合は、ツアーを催行させていただきます。
・集合時間は飛行機出発の1時間前になります。6時台になりますので予めご了承下さい。

JR只見線：10月下旬～11月上旬
鶴ヶ城公園・塔のへつり・会津鉄道：10月中旬～11月上旬

・ロープウェイは天候により運休となる場合がございます。その場合は代案観光地または乗車代金の返金となります。
・JR只見線・会津鉄道は自由席となりますので、混雑状況によっては立ち席となる場合がございます。
・奇数人数でお申し込みのお客様は基本相席となります。
・本ツアーでは、ご出発前のご挨拶の電話は差し上げておりません。ご不明な点等ございましたら、随時お問い合わせ下さい。
・宿泊施設において和室をご利用の際、ご自身で布団を敷いていただく場合がございます。
・2名1室でお申し込みでも1名1室ずつに分かれる場合があります。

※往復利用交通機関、宿泊施設は出発日の5日前を目安にお送りする「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてお知らせ致します。
※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。バス座席のリクライニング使用はご遠慮頂きますようお願いします。
※航空機の座席については、混雑状況や座
席配列の構成上また団体手配の都合上、出発・到着時間の指定および窓側・通路側等のご希望は承れません。また、２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣り合わせの席にならない場合がございます。
※本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございますが通訳案内士は同行いたしません。

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～５歳のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から航空座席、行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございません。ご希望の場合は「子供」でご予約ください。

【乳児の受付】
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はこちらの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込みください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
