[About the tour]
■The order of the itinerary may be changed.
■The tour departure date is set based on the usual conditions, but the best viewing period may change due to inclement weather and other reasons. We may also adjust the time depending on the autumn foliage conditions on the day. We may also rearrange or omit some parts of the itinerary. Thank you for your understanding.
■If the tour has been confirmed to depart, we will proceed with the tour regardless of the condition of the autumn leaves.
■Tours on Tohoku may be by Hayabusa or Komachi.

◆The best time to see autumn leaves in a typical year◆
Mid Oct. to early Nov.
■For this course, we will call the representative before the trip to confirm the trip and to greet them. However, we may not be able to contact you if we are unable to reach you during our business hours (9:15-17:30) or if you are not at home. *We will not contact those who live outside of Japan before departure.
■If you are staying in a Japanese-style room at Accommodation, you may be required to lay out your own futon.

[Regarding Meals requests]
As this is an all-inclusive arrangement for large groups, we cannot accommodate requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations.
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of your meal even if you do not consume Meals.

[Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date.
*Please leave seat allocations for transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and room allocations for Accommodation to our discretion. Please refrain from reclining bus seats.
*Please note that even if you apply for train seats for two or more people, the seats may not be next to each other or may be far apart.
*If the train you are using has stops along the way, you may get on and off. If you wish to board from a station, please inform us in advance when making your reservation, or check your "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" and call our call center at least 4 days before the departure date to let us know. The fare to the station where midway ride will be borne by the customer. In addition, when boarding, please purchase an admission ticket (at your own expense) and come to the platform. Please note that there are no refunds for getting on or off along the way. The tour director (tour conductor) will inform you of the car and seat number by the day before departure.
*This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but a guide-interpreter will not accompany the passenger.

As this is Premium Stage, we ask that small children not participate.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
