[About the course]
・For those departing on Dec. 8th, the first night will be Accommodation at Art Hotel Ishigakijima.
・If you apply for a room with 3 people, an extra bed may be used or the room may be divided into 2 rooms.
・We are unable to accommodate requests for specific views in hotel rooms. Please leave this to us.
・The order of the itinerary may be changed due to local circumstances, etc. In such cases, no sightseeing spots will be omitted or shortened.
・You may not be able to see the sunset or starry sky depending on the weather.
・Ingredients may not be available due to poor catches, such as bad weather.
・Bus tours to Taketomi Island and Iriomote Island may be shared or split into groups.
・Boat tours and water buffalo carts may be cancelled or suspended due to various conditions.
・All seats on the ship used for this course are unreserved seats.
・Even if you are a group of two or more people, you may not be seated next to each other on the aircraft.
・If there is an odd number of people participating, you will have to share seats on the bus.

<About Iriomote Island Hotel amenities>
Iriomote Island Hotel is carrying out the following activities as part of its environmental conservation activities on Iriomote Island.
■Toothbrushes, combs, and razors will no longer be provided in the rooms... Guests are requested to bring their own amenities. *If you forget, you can get them at the hotel front desk.
■Reducing bottled drinks: We do not sell bottled drinks in shops or vending machines, and have discontinued bottle service in guest rooms. We have installed water servers (free to use) in the hotel, and we encourage guests to bring their own bottles. We will also rent bottles for those who do not have one.

Please note that there may be cases where it is not possible to reach the island due to sea conditions, weather, etc. Furthermore, there may be cases where there are unavoidable circumstances where significant changes or substitutions are made to transportation means or itinerary, or where additional nights are required, and additional charges may be charged accordingly.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
