[About the tour]
■The tour conductor will accompany you on some sections. (Excluding Day 1 between Osaka Abenobashi ~ Hotel and Day 2 Hotel ~ Osaka Namba)
■The order of the itinerary may be reversed.
■Depending on the train arrangement situation, the itinerary may be changed and guided. When transferring, you may have to wait for about 30 minutes ~ 1 hour at the station. In addition, Day 1 Osaka Abenobashi Station → Hotel, Day 2 Hotel → Osaka Namba Station will have their own travel and will be charged separately.
■All seats on the Shinkansen, Kintetsu trains, and buses you board will be left to our company. Also, due to the seating arrangement, even if you apply for two or more people, you may not be able to sit next to each other. Please note.
■ Day 1 Please purchase lunch in advance and eat it on the sightseeing train "HINOTORI". There is no in-car sales.
■ Day 1 Dinner will be disbanded at Osaka Abenobashi Station, and then you can eat it yourself. Since you will travel to the hotel on your own, check-in will be at the timing of each individual.

[Getting on and off along the way]
This course is available at Shinagawa Station and Shin-Yokohama Station midway ride.
※ If you are participating in the midway ride, please purchase an admission ticket at the boarding station.
※ There are no refunds or discounts for fares to midway ride stations and boarding and disembarking on the way.

【About Accommodation Facilities】
Even if you apply for one room for two people, you may be divided into two rooms, one for each person.

[About changes to meal contents]
Starting from Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and an actual fee will be charged if there is a difference. In principle, please make a request at least 14 days before the departure date. Please contact us for further information.

[Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days prior to the departure date.
*Please leave seat allocations for transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and room allocations for Accommodation to our discretion. Please refrain from reclining bus seats.
*Please note that even if you apply for train seats for two or more people, the seats may not be next to each other or may be far apart.
*This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but a guide-interpreter will not accompany the passenger.

[Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you would like to provide a seat, please make a reservation as a "child."

[Infant reception]
If you are bringing a child under the age of three, please apply using this dedicated form or through our call center.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
