■ Regarding airline schedule changes
Due to changes in airline (flight) schedules at the end of Jan. 2025, the time slots for round trip and return flights to and from Haneda Airport will be changed to the following:
<Outbound> 12:30-13:45 departure → 12:30-13:55 departure
<Return> Arrive between 16:00 and 17:30 → Arrive between 16:00 and 17:40

★Notes for routes using airplanes
■Please register the names and ages of all participants.
■ Changing participants after booking
…For name changes (changes in participants) made within three weeks of the tour, a cancellation fee will be charged and a new reservation will be made. Therefore, we may not be able to make a reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

★About the Osaka-Kansai Expo
①This course is a tour to the Osaka-Kansai Expo.
② You will need to complete the procedures yourself, such as obtaining an Expo ID and reserving a pavilion. Please be sure to check the instructions enclosed with the brochure, which will explain the procedures you need to complete before departure.
③To participate in the Expo tour, you will need electronic devices such as a smartphone or tablet.
If you do not have a ticket and would like to make a reservation, you will be able to enter the Expo venue on the day if you bring the document with the ticket QR code printed on it that we will send you.
However, you will not be able to participate in the pre-lottery for pavilions or receive Other services that require an Expo ID.
④The Expo site will be entirely cashless. Cash cannot be used for shopping or eating and drinking within the site. Approximately 60 different payment brands Itinerary be available. (Credit cards will be accepted.)
If you do not have any means of payment other than cash, you will need to purchase a prepaid card in advance.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board.
