Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route is one of the world's leading mountain sightseeing routes, running through the Northern Alps, a series of peaks reaching 3,000 meters above sea level. It has a total length of 37.2 km, with a maximum elevation difference of 1,975 m. Almost the entire route is located within Chubu Sangaku National Park. You can enjoy the magnificent natural scenery of Tateyama Kurobe, which spreads out above the clouds.

■Please carry all your luggage yourself during the trip, except for the Shinkansen on the outbound journey, the limited express on the return journey, and the section between Ogizawa and Matsumoto Day 2. A backpack is convenient as it leaves both hands free. Please keep your luggage as small as possible. Please avoid carrying carry-on bags as much as possible.
■ The Toyama Chiho Railway ride on the first day will be unreserved seating.
■The guest rooms do not have toilets or baths. Please use the shared toilet facilities and the large communal bath (there is a sink in the room).
■The starry sky, sea of clouds, and sunset may not be visible depending on the weather.

■ Getting on and off along the way
For this course, you can get on and off at Omiya on the outbound journey and at Hachioji and Tachikawa on the return journey.
If you wish to midway ride please register at the time of reservation. If you wish midway ride, please purchase an admission ticket at the boarding station and proceed to the departure platform. Admission ticket fees are at your own expense.
*The tour conductor will contact the representative by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board the tour.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off the bus along the way.
*For seats on Shinkansen and limited express trains, due to congestion, seat arrangements, and the use of group tickets, we cannot accommodate requests for specific train departure and arrival times or window or aisle seats. Shinkansen seats are non-smoking, but even if two or more people apply, you may not be seated next to each other.
