[About the tour]
■The sightseeing spots on the second day of this course will vary depending on the departure date.

[About Accommodation]

Japanese-style room/Western-style room (twin) [open-air bath and toilet included]
*All rooms at Yado○bun have an open-air bath, but the baths are heated. The hot springs at our hotel are chloride springs, and the sodium chloride component can get into the pipes and bathtub, causing the bath to break down easily, so the baths in the guest rooms are heated. The large public bath is also a hot spring.
*Room type is at the discretion of the hotel.

[Changes to meal content]
For Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., and the actual cost will be charged if there is a difference in price. In principle, please notify us at least 14 days before the departure date. Please contact us for any changes after that date.

[Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days prior to the departure date.
*Please leave seat allocations for transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and room allocations for Accommodation to our discretion. Please refrain from reclining bus seats.
*Even if you apply for train seats for two or more people, the seats may not be next to each other or may be far apart.
*If the train you are using has stops along the way, you may get on and off. If you wish to board from a station, please inform us in advance when making your reservation, or check your "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" and call our call center at least 4 days before the departure date to let us know. The fare to the station where midway ride will be borne by the customer. In addition, when boarding, please purchase an admission ticket (at your own expense) and come to the platform. Please note that there are no refunds for getting on or off along the way. The tour director (tour conductor) will inform you of the car and seat number by the day before departure.

[Children, infants and toddlers reception]
This course is for Married Couples Only so children, infants and toddlers are not allowed to participate.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
