[Regarding tour conductors]
For this tour, the tour conductor will only accompany you on the Shinkansen on the first day. On the final day, the tour conductor will not accompany you and you will have to return to Tokyo on your own. [About the shuttle bus]
・For both the outbound and return trips, the hotel will provide a free shuttle bus between Sendai Station and the hotel. The trip takes approximately 100 minutes, but if the bus is crowded, you may be asked to sit in an extra seat. Thank you for your understanding.
・Depending on the Shinkansen schedule, you may have to wait at Sendai Station on both the outbound and return journeys.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board.
